Dr Dinesh Parmar has an interest in all aspects of general Practice, skin cancer diagnosis and treatments.
He has been a part of Old Bar community since 2013. Dr Parmar and his family are currently building a home in Old Bar. Dinesh has a love of cricket and enjoys time with his family.
Dinesh is available Monday to Friday except Thursdays when he has Nursing Home visits .
Dr Deborah Cheung
Dr Deborah Cheung completed her medical degree (MBBS) at the University of Melbourne in 1990. Dr Cheung subsequently enrolled in general practice training through the Austin and Repatriation hospitals, and completed her GP qualification (FRACGP) in 1996. Dr Cheung was in full-time general practice in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, until her move to Taree/Old Bar area in 2004 After returning from maternity leave, she continues to practice part-time with particular focus on family medicine. Deborah is available Monday - Thursday in the mornings. She speaks some Cantonese, and enjoys the arts and outdoor sports.
Dr Mark Tzanev
Dr Mark Tzanev graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University Sofia, Bulgaria .
Mark has worked in the Cook Islands and in Sydney's Prince of Wales Hospital, Royal Hospital for Women and Sydney Children's Hospital. He obtained Fellowship of the Australian college of General Practitioners in 2009. He enjoys all aspects of general Practice including paediatrics, antenatal care, skin cancer excision, Implanon and Mirena insertion. He is married with two children and lives locally. Mark is available Tuesday - Friday . He visits Banyula Nursing Home on Wednesdays.
Dr Bin Li
Dr Bin Li graduated as a Medical Doctor in 1996 in his home country of China. He obtained Australia Medical Council Certificate in 2010 and has worked in Australia as Medical officer since 2011. He has 3 years experience within hospital settings including paediatric, emergency, general surgery and aged care as well as 5 years of general practice in NSW and NT.
Dr Bin Li has an interest in all aspects of general practice including skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. He also speaks Chinese, and is available from Monday to Friday
Dr Donya Talaei
Donya was born in Iran and awarded her Doctor of Medicine degree in Tehran in 2012. After her graduation, she worked as a GP in a rural area of Iran, mostly near the Iran-Afghanistan border. Donya migrated to Australia upon her marriage in 2016. She has an interest in all aspect of general practice specially in mental health and women’s health.
She loves walking on the beach, listening to the sounds of waves, reading books and cooking in the peaceful environment of Old Bar. Donya also enjoys rollerblading, cycling, skiing and travelling to new places.
